Bimbin (Brown Treecreeper) Pendant AP

Handcrafted in 18ct white and yellow gold, the Bimbin (Brown Treecreeper) Artist proof is set with champagne, black (HT) and white diamonds.

If you have ever seen a treecreeper hopping up a tree trunk, you will easily recognize the distinctively long legs and body position of the wee bird in this pendant.

During manufacturing a mold was taken of the hand carved, freeform design. From this mold, the Limited Edition series of 9 pendants has been created, making this piece an Artist Proof. The pendant is hallmarked "AP" to acknowledge this.

This little bird is only found in woodlands areas on the eastern side of Australia. While fairly widespread, they are still uncommon  so not as well known as other forest dwellers.

Sculpted Jewels AP is the only one created in two-tone gold, so is definitely a one of a kind design.
